As with setting up any business, an investment is required...but, don't worry, we want you to feel totally happy with the concept and the returns on your investment before we even ask for any money.
Callico run free, local taster sessions throughout the UK, allowing you to learn more about us and the work you will be doing, meet other agents and ask any questions you may have, to make an informed decision as to whether or not becoming a Callico Agent is right for you.
If you decide to become a Callico Agent we will provide high quality, business, IT and customer service training within your local area. At this point you will have already been through the selection process and you will be guaranteed work from one or more of our clients at the pay rate and hours that you agree with them in your final contract.
Once you have completed your training you will be asked to agree your pay, hours and the work content of the customer services handling contract with the work provider. Remember, you will be guaranteed this work, on your terms and to fit around your lifestyle.
After this contract has been agreed and signed a payment of £29.95 is required per week. (£26.04 +VAT)
If you choose to set up as a limited company, the investment is a tax deductible expense.
