What does my accountant do?

When you invest in a Callico Home Agent license you are buying professional accounting advice and support.   Your accountant works for you and is there to advise you about your business. Your accountant will…

  • Advise you about which type of limited, sole trader or partnership business model is best for you.
  • Set up your new company, including registration at companies house, a memorandum of association, and forms 10 and 12, where appropriate.
  • Advise and guide you about Invoicing, VAT, Tax, PAYE, National Insurance, Expenses, Insurance, Dividends and deal with HM Revenue and Customs on your behalf. If you prefer ( for a small additional fee) you can use your accountants office as your registered office address.
  • Prepare and file your annual accounts.
  • Prepare and file your tax returns
