Setting up and running your own business from home is many people's dream…but getting started can be a daunting prospect.

We provide all the equipment and support you need including your own accountant, your own Callico Support Manager and 4-hour reponse IT support. We are also developing the Callico Cloud chat room, to which you will get preferential access, allowing you to talk and network with other Callico home Agents.
We want to help you achieve your ambitions and sustain them in the long term.
What sort of work is provided? Every contract is different but it will be customer service call handling. You can choose whether you want to work on inbound, outbound or both.
The rewards - How much is the pay?Callico Ltd only works with companies willing to pay a minimum of £7 per hour (gross)* for standard performance to a Callico Home Agent. There is no upper limit on pay rates or earnings.
Flexible hours - How many hours can I work? Callico Home Agents are asked to commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week. You will be asked to take regular rest breaks to make sure you perform to the best of your ability.
Your IT equipment - What IT equipment is provided? When you invest in a Callico license you purchase and wholly own all your equipment. Through our exclusive agreement with BT, you get the power and security of the uk's national small business IT provider who will install, set up and maintain all the equipment.
Your investment - How much do I need to invest?Your Callico licence will cost only £29.95 per week. You will not be asked to pay any costs until you have signed a contract and are guaranteed work.
Your businessOur team will advise you about which type of business is best for you and arrange everything you need to set up your limited, sole trader or partnership business – the only thing we don't do is give the business a name..thats up to you!
Your chartered accountantCallico will provide you with and pay for your own chartered accountant who will discuss your personal circumstances and advise you about which type of business is best for you. Your accountant will then arrange everything you need to set up your business and submit your first year's company accounts.
Callico business, IT and customer service trainingCallico provide a wealth of training, not only customer service training, but product and business management training too. We even provide a free taster session prior to you becoming a Callico Agent.
