Callico want you to succeed and will provide all the business, IT and customer service training required to do just that.
Obviously, you may already be highly competent in IT and customer service, so we provide an assessment of your current skills and then deliver top-up training tailored to each individual, to ensure that everyone attains the Callico standards.
Every Callico Home Agent will also receive business training, designed to give you the skills and confidence to succeed with your new business.
Typically, Callico Home Agent training takes between 10 and 30 hours, depending on your current skill level.
Product training for each contract you agree will also be provided. The time and level of this training varies with each contract.
