The work

Callico agents provide customer service call handling for a wide range of businesses.

We understand that to get the best from a career people need to be comfortable and happy in their job roles.  That's why we only provide you with the type of work you want to do.

You may feel more comfortable taking incoming calls only, such as taking orders for products or providing information on products and services, or you may like the more hands-on approach of outbound calls, such as sales, customer winback or charity calls.  You may even like to vary your work by doing a little of both types.  The main thing is, it's up to you how you structure the work your business undertakes...it's your call.

Inbound...Calls will range from taking customer food orders and processing them via your on screen system through to making appointments for engineers or service staff.

Outbound... Your IT system provides a list of potential business customers to call asking for information on their current IT supplier and offering them a more cost effective product, other work might include  contacting existing domestic customers for a utility company and asking if they are interested in upgrading their existing contract.
