How much is the pay?
At Callico we offer you a lifestyle and career choice that rewards your hard work with minimum inbound gross pay rates starting at £7 per hour*. Pay rates and earnings will vary upwards from this depending on the customer and type of work you want to undertake, for example, outgoing sales campaigns may be commission based.
you will know the pay rate before you accept any work and there is no upper limit on pay rates or earnings.
What are the benefits to me?
- I own my own business - Your accountant and business advisor will assist you in setting up your own business and returning annual accounts.
- I work the hours I want to work - Callico require that you work at least 16 hours per week, but you can choose how many more hours you want to work and, within reason, the times that you want to work.
- I choose the type of work I undertake - You choose whether you want to do inbound or outbound calls, or both. As a business you then choose which client you want to work for.
- I work flexible hours, from home - Within the guidelines of the contracts you have chosen, you can choose when you want to work based around your lifestyle and commitments.
- I have full technical, business and accountancy support - Your Callico license provides you with business advice, accountancy services & fast response IT support from BT.
- I am paid per Productive Hour – Payments are typically made 30 days in arrears for each hour spent on customer calls.
- I am a Contract Worker – As an independent contractor managed by the customer you have full control of your business and its' services.
- I Own My Own Equipment – High-speed connections, headset, high spec computer, virus protection and 4 hour response BT support service.
