One of the primary benefits of working from home is that it provides flexibility around your family, friends and other commitments.
When your business signs a contract with a customer you will agree the hours to be worked and choose when, within reason, you work those hours.
Callico Home Agents are asked to commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week. The only limit to the number of hours worked is the number of hours in the working day!
You will be asked to take regular rest breaks to make sure you perform to the best of your ability in order to deliver a high quality and consistent service to your clients.
