You provide the workstream and product training. You manage and monitor performance just as you do now. We facilitate your contract with each Callico Home Agent. BT provide Home Agents with a high specification PC, high quality fully licensed software and business class broadband line as standard.  All of this is supported by a BT replacement guarantee.  We can provide up to 200 call handlers, depending on the contract, and can also provide individuals for smaller contracts.

At Callico we pre-screen, interview and test all our people to ensure IT and business competence and customer service excellence and use rigorous recruitment and selection techniques to ensure we provide individuals who are typically better educated, have broader life experience and are more mature.

We provide all our agents with comprehensive IT, business and customer service training, to ensure a consistent level of competence.

We do not work with individuals who have CCJ’s or prescribed criminal convictions and arrange screening for all Callico agents.
