Callico Home Agents provide the most flexible and responsive human resources platform available in the UK call centre industry.
Our business model allows us to cater for large scale campaigns, with up to 200 call handlers available whilst also being able to provide agents for smaller campaigns quickly and easily. We can also scale each campaign up or down at any time and can provide agents who can structure their hours around peaks in activity.
Because you are managing your own team of highly-skilled agents, you can control the number of hours they work and agree with them the appropriate timing of these. Each agent is contracted to work a minimum of 16 hours per week and, because they work from home, they can easily accommodate split shifts to cover peak times.
